The 2024-26 round of OECD’s Young Associates Programme (YAP) is now open for applications!
Are you a current or recent undergraduate looking to gain professional experience in multilateral policymaking, research and analysis? Would you like to get exposure to a variety of research and analytical work on major policy areas during two-year assignment? Are you interested in being mentored to help guide your professional development? Apply for the Young Associates Programme (YAP) at the OECD, which offers recent Bachelor’s graduates a remarkable opportunity to gain professional experience and mentorship within the OECD’s core work areas.
The Programme specifically seeks individuals with a vision to pursue further studies in competitive postgraduate programs following the completion of their assignment. Selected candidates will have the chance to:
- collaborate closely with analysts and economists addressing some of today's most pressing global social and economic challenges,
- benefit from mentorship provided by senior managers, guiding their professional development throughout the Programme.
