The program

Our International Finance Graduate Program aims for demanding, creative, and smart young finance graduates to support us in our international development. Over two years, you will have the opportunity to take on three different challenging positions of 8 months each. The first rotation is in our Paris based HQ, and the two others will be in two different countries where Plastic Omnium operates. The missions include core finance discipline such as FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, Financial communication, Treasury, Compliance… In addition to a deep and thorough understanding of PO, you will be trained across different finance areas to build your future finance career, and a finance director will become your mentor to support your growth within Plastic Omnium. 

What we are looking for

A relevant profile to fit this program would have:

• A recent master’s degree in finance and recognized academic excellence.
• A first experience in an international environment (professional experience or studies abroad…).
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate efficiently with executive management.
• Team player spirit: you celebrate the success of your colleagues as well as your own.
• Appetency for data, numbers, and their analysis.
• A detailed look at your achievements in a continual improvement approach, while optimizing your various tasks and projects.
• Curiosity and an eagerness to learn from others.

Recruitment process

1. Applications open from February 12th to March 8th.
2.  Online interview and psychometric assessment from February 19th to March 8th.
3. Assessment Centre on March 19th. This includes an interview with a Finance Director and HR director, an individual business case, and a group roleplay. (Please note that POG will cover the potential costs for candidates coming from abroad).
4. Final feedback week of March 25th.

The International Finance Graduate Program lasts 2 years, under a French permanent contract (CDI). After successful completion, you will be offered a role within Plastic Omnium.
