You can not find the answer to your question? Feel free to contact the organisers!

Is there a fee to participate in the event?

Yes. A registration fee of 150 PLN must be transferred to the account 87 1240 4722 1111 0000 4854 4672 – payment title: ALUMNALIA no later than one week after registering for Alumnalia. Failure to pay within this period will result in removal from the list of participants.

Who can participate in Alumnalia?

Graduates of first, second, and third-cycle studies can participate in Alumnalia. Graduates can also register a companion to participate in Alumnalia.

How can I register a guest who is not a JU graduate for participation in the Alumnalia?

A Jagiellonian University alumnus or alumna creates a user account. When creating their own account, they should enter the full name of the accompanying person in the last field of the registration form. After creating their own account, they should then create an account for the accompanying person (using that person’s email address). In the fields Faculty completed and Field of study completed, enter: Not applicable, and in the Year of graduation field, enter: 0000.

Does the fee guarantee participation in all events during Alumnalia?

No, the registration fee confirms your participation in Alumnalia. Each participant is invited to attend the Saturday gala at Auditorium Maximum starting at 6:30 PM. Other events during Alumnalia have participant limits - the order of registration will be decisive.

How many events can I sign up for?

Each participant can sign up for any number of events within Alumnalia, provided that

  • participation in one event does not interfere with another event for which you are already registered
  • and the list for the given event is not already closed.

Do I need tickets to participate in the events during the Alumnalia?

Each participant will receive an ID card (physical or virtual one). The ID card will be the only confirmation of participation in events during Alumnalia. Without the ID card participation will not be possible.

Can I register for both integration meetings taking place on Friday evening?

Unfortunately, no. The events take place at similar times. Registering for one excludes participation in the other.

Can other faculty graduates participate in events organised by a given faculty?

The decision in this matter is up to the organisers from the given faculty. Information on whether this is possible can be found in the faculties' eventsdescriptions.
