Below you can find the link to the registration form for Alumnalia 2025.

Before you sign up for events, please create a user account. Thanks to that, you will register for individual events without entering data for each one separately. After the event, the accounts will be deactivated.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read all the information below carefully before registering!

Jagiellonian University Alumni should create a user account using the standard procedure. If an Alumnus or Alumna wishes to register a guest who is not a JU graduate for participation in the Alumnalia, please follow the steps below:

  1. Create your own account using the standard procedure. In the final field of the registration form, enter the full name of your accompanying person, accept the Terms and Conditions, and click the Create Account button.
  2. Next, create an account for the accompanying person (use that person's email addres. In the fields Faculty completed and Field of study completed, enter: Not applicable. In the Year of graduation field, enter: 0000.
  3. As with the alumnus/alumna account, accept the Terms and Conditions and click the Create Account button.
Participation in Alumnalia requires the payment of a registration fee of 150 PLN for each registered person – both for the Participant and, if applicable, for an accompanying person. This payment has to be made no later than 7 days after registering for the Event. The payment should be transferred to the following account: PEKAO XI Branch in Kraków, 87 1240 4722 1111 0000 4854 4672, payment title: ALUMNALIA and first and last name of the person registering; name of recipient: Jagiellonian University. Payment of the fee is a condition for participation in the Event.

Registration Form for Alumnalia 2025 (registration ended on 30.08.2025, the registration form is currently closed and there is no possibility to change selected events or sign up for others).

Persons with special needs are kindly requested to notify the organizers by sending an email to alumnalia@uj.edu.pl by August 31, 2025.
